At Atacama Trail we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you book a tour or contact us, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. Data we collect
When you book or contact us we collect: name, email, phone, country, hotel/accommodation, participant names and payment data (card data is processed by Transbank/Webpay; it never reaches our servers).
2. Purpose
To confirm your booking, coordinate pickup, issue invoices, send tour reminders and operational communications. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Payments
Card payments are processed by Transbank Webpay Plus. International transfers are processed by WISE. In neither case do we store card numbers or bank credentials.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use first and third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand site usage and improve experience. You can disable them in your browser.
5. Retention & deletion
We keep your data for the duration of the business relationship and applicable legal periods. You can request deletion at reservas@atacamatrail.com.
