We recommend sun protection (hat, sunglasses, SPF 50+ sunscreen), layered clothing, comfortable shoes, extra water, and a camera. For altitude tours, bring warm clothing.

Are the tours suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most of our tours are suitable for children over 6 years old. Altitude tours (Tatio Geysers, Red Rocks) are not recommended for children under 8.

What happens if weather doesn't allow the tour?

In case of adverse weather conditions, we'll offer to reschedule at no extra cost or a full refund.

Can I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, cancellations up to 48 hours before receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours have a 50% charge.

What languages do the guides speak?

All our guides are bilingual (Spanish and English). For other languages, contact us in advance.

How do you pick me up for the tour?

We pick up from all hotels and accommodations in San Pedro de Atacama. We'll confirm the exact pickup time by email or WhatsApp.

Do I need to be physically fit?

It depends on the tour. Tours marked as 'Easy' don't require special fitness. 'Moderate' tours require being able to walk 1-2 hours. Altitude tours may affect people with heart conditions.

Do you accept cash payments?

To maintain service quality, we only accept online payments (Webpay) or bank transfers (WISE). We do not accept cash payments.
